Learning Center Registration
We hope you find our form helpful, but if you wish to mail in your response, we encourage you to use our mail in form here.
We would be honored and excited to have your organization participate in this event by having a learning center for the children to visit. We strongly encourage you to prepare some sort of activity where the children can actively partake in learning about a specific skill or cause for an area of interest that you promote. We would love for the children to experience a day of fun energetic activities and active learning with demonstrations or give-a-aways. Informative brochures or handouts are also encouraged for parents accompanying their children.
Any personal information we request is gathered to ensure the safety of the children and their families throughout the event. We appreciate your help and participation to make this a fun and SAFE event!
